05/25/13 hotel stay

The website is great, but it changed our stay date without us realizing and we got all the way to california to find out we did not have a reservation and the hotel was fully booked. luckily we were able to find a room in another hotel nearby. we were completely embarrassed and felt upset that the reservation we had from your website was not for another 2 days from the date we had asked for.
