Great location. terrific breakfast. adequate facilities in the health club. well maintained guest rooms. non-existent views from the guest rooms unless you happen to be in the heritage suites. we checked out the different rooms in the hotel and found almost all the mattresses lacked support and sagged badly in the middle. we told the front desk about this and the best they could offer was a base board placed under the mattress. bathroom shower screens were not water-tight and water seeped all over the bathroom floor through gaps between the screen and wall.
