Als wir ankamen war ich schon überrascht als ein gepäck junge unsere koffer ins zimmer brachte. im zimmer angekommen, war ich doch sehr erstaunt das sie sehr alt waren. nach den bildern hätten es neuere sein müssen. wir hatten das frühstück mit gebucht, dass war ein fehler, weil es überhaupt kein richtiges frühstück gibt. sondern nur eine pausen tüte mit einem obst einer süßen kleinigkeit und ein getränk.

Albergo adeguato alle aspettative come posizione, ufficio informazioni alla reception assolutamente mal gestito e con personale approssimato e mal informati. problema risolto autonomamente!

In general it was according to our expectations. two incidents happened which i would like to comment? a) for some reason we had reservations for 2 rooms by at arrival they informed us that there were 5 rooms reserved under my name. hotelsclick informed that this was not their mistake. at the end this does not seem to have caused any problems. b) is was agreed to have an extra bed for my little child in one of our rooms and despite several contacts with the hotel the bed was installed only on the second night.
