At first we were greeted by receptionist who was very friendly who had no trouble in finding our booking we were told where our room was. it was top floor lovely spacious rooms very clean and welll use of storage. we only stayed one night but it was pleasure to stay there would definitely stay again. many thanks

Pleasantly surprised by how good everything was - from carpark attendant directing me to the free car park, nice welcome from receptionist, clean efficient room, very quiet with no outside noise so great sleep too!

Wedding dinner very good. rooms cold and quilt not warm either. residents bar only open until 3am, then at 3.30 am after purchasing a few rounds, staff opened fire doors to freeze everyone up to bed, not acceptable. cleaning staff knockinig on door from 10 am onwards. overall - cannot recommend

I stayed in this hotel on saturday 30th may and my sister left her remington hair straightener in the room. when we telephoned about it we were told that there was no straightener left there when we know for a fact we did leave it there. we were not impressed with the hotel's lack of concerm.
