Stayed at the langham for the second time . it was the first time being there for my partner we were both very impressed with the service from the minute we got out the taxi everyone was so friendly and helpful the rooms are lovely and clean i would recommend the langham every time

Staff were very helpful and polite, always assisting where possible. rooms were very clean and spacious. always a different surprise left after each return. complementary birthday cake for my partners birthday. great food and views. great location. couldn't be happier with the service. highly recommend. will definitely be back!!!

Excellent room & position terrible result with valet parking. new bmw (2 days old) left hand side wheels gouged & damaged during the valet parking process. this needs to improve!!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations and is hard to fault. the interiors are palatial and opulent gleaming with beautiful furnishings, enormous, sweet smelling vases of fresh flowers and expensive finishes. this luxurious feeling continues into the rooms where luxury and comfort are paramount. our standard room was spacious with an enormous, comfortable bed and everything one could possibly want in the way of guest supplies and more. the plunger coffee was a welcome touch. the bathroom was luxurious with generous white, fluffy towels. the location is fabulous, close to everything yet out of the city noise. we found the staff friendly, efficient, always present, yet unobtrusive at the same time. the buffet was delicious and good value for money and the gift shop which is the perfect spot for last minute presents and quality items. will reminisce for a long time about this stay and try to return in the near future.
