Second time we have stayed at this hotel. some familiar faces which was great. they kindly upgraded our room as returning guests which was a nice gesture. most importantly all the staff are fantastically helpful, polite and nice. all go above and beyond to help. we travelled with out 18 month old daughter, (her second trip here) and everyone made a huge fuss of her and paid her plenty of attention which she loved. the staff also remembered us & her especially the pool bar and lifeguards who are really helpful all holiday. rooms are well equipped and clean. foods good on site. location is excellent. on the marina and 5 'inure walk to jbr. there is building work going on both sides of the hotel but this didn't effect our stay at all.
