Booked the fairmont because of location and beauty of hotel. it is gorgeous and feels perfect among the san francisco backdrop. i left a bit disappointed because the service of the staff was completely underwhelming. not rude. just indifferent. the contrast to the upper scale surroundings was glaring.

Service minable du check in jusqu'au business center, en passant par le fitness, le valet parking et les doorman pour les bagages. il y a beaucoup mieux chez les concurrents dans cette belle ville de san francisco ! la chambre était superbe, fraichement redécorée, mais moquette pas très propre, poussière sur chaque tête de lit, sur toutes les lampes, inadmissible pour un palace !
