Hotel 10/15 min walk from paddington station. staff very welcoming and hotel is very clean - however there were a few things that i think could have been better.
on our first day we ate in the bar . the food was not great! it actually made me sick later that night.
on our second day we were out sight seeing all day an when we returned at the end of the day or room was not serviced .ie given fresh towels etc. this was frustrating and we had to go look for fresh towels when we were very tired.
also they only have one small lift to service 4 floors
but overall these points are minor - the breakfast was nice and the hotel was clean and modern. the location was good, although i wouldn't eat at the bar.
Very clean, modern hotel in good, quiet location. staff were very pleasant. wasn't the largest of rooms but comfortable and more than adequate. breakfast was good - plenty of choice and replenished often. would stay there again.
Reception were always happy to help in any way they could. the location was perfect, a very short walk to queens gardens and hyde park. restaurants outside the hotel if you fancy a change are within walking distance and are excellent. i highly recommend the chinese restaurant but you need to book early. i can not fault this hotel. we have stayed twice and had a wonderful time.
Only stayed for one night but staff very friendly and helpful regarding travel arangements around london. very close to hyde park, kensington palace and not too far a walk through the park too the royal albert hall. very pleasant stay rooms very clean just a bit on the small side but we had a double and a twin and the twin was fine but the double was very small.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the caesar. the staff were extremely friendly, the hotel modern and spotlessly clean. it provided excellent value for money as i have stayed in london hotels before which were small and overpriced. would recommend this to both business asociates and friends. thnak you for an enjoyable short stay !
Better than i was expecting for the money. initial room was small but we asked for a bigger room and got one on the ground floor. included continental breakfast was good.
This hotel is excellent for getting all around london. the interior is very modern. although the hall ways are looking a bit old, the rooms are superb. i booked a single room and it was a single room, small but fine. the only minus point was the noise of the ventilator on the bathroom however this can be switched off easily. the staff was very helpful and friendly. i certainly will go back to have another enjoyable stay.
Our room was very small but perfectly formed. nice modern decor and trendy toiletries but not enough soap. we would have appreciated some biscuits to go with our cup of tea. my main issue was that our room was in the basement. the decor in the corridor was of a lower standard than other floors in the hotel. i felt like a second class customer. the view from our room was of a small derelict courtyard, not very inspiring. the public areas are very nice. the staff were pleasant. we upgraded our breakfast to a continental buffet for £2.50 each which was worth it.

For the price, this was a great hotel. i thought the location was excellent, for one night it served the purpose we required. would recommend and definately come back.
Good base for hyde park. approx 5-10 minute walk from tube. very good service and good choice at breakfast. ask to have a room that's not in the basement as ours was very small and quite dark. great price through hotelsclick.

I stayed here with my boyfriend on valentines night, our room was very modern and clean and a good size. the only thing that was a disappointment was the first impression upon walking into reception - finding a member of staff with a cigarette filling the foyer with smoke - hardly welcoming...! everything else was great!
