We are returning guests and would have thought that even though we, through prudence, managed to get a fantastic deal, our profile should have been located and our room allocated accordingly. in the event, we were given a mediocre room which at a 5 star hotel is not really on! had a few "niggles - milk was sour, people were smoking in next rooms". in the end we were moved to a park facing room which was wonderful so reparations were excellent, just shouldn't have needed to do this.
