Agreat location and a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. reception friendly and welcoming, rooms comfortable and well equipped. restaurant service was friendly, quick and efficient.

It was a really good stay but the air conditioning unit wasn't working. so it was very warm in the room all night and the windows only opened a tiny bit. however, the view from the room was great of cardiff castle and the room was really clean. it would not put me off staying there again.

Stayed here as much cheaper on a rugby international weekend. really little to complain about-slightly tired feeling bedroom, stairs very hard to find far this lift-averse fitto, but, hey, the staff were pleasant, the breakfast was good enough (no muesli mind), and the locations a cracker, and it was a third of the hilton's price.
