The hotel is in a lovely location. close to two tram stops it is easy to use as a base to get into the busy tourist areas. we did not eat in the hotel, however, there was a great cafe on the same street which made lovely breakfast, and an italian restaurant also nearby which had wonderful food and service. the hotel itself was good. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. our room smelt a bit musty when we arrived but was ok once the windows had been open a while. i would say our bathroom was a bit tired and the bath was very narrow to lay in! other than though, no complaints and we would stay there again.
