This 5 star hotel is located in the city centre of Osaka and was established in 1990. It is close to the Dotonbori and the nearest station is Namba Station. We arrived at the hotel past the check in time however room was still not ready. was asked to give them an hour more. we came back 2.5 hours later and the room was still not ready. after getting the key the classic room category is very old polling and dated. carpet is old and dirty with stains. even though it was a non smoking floor the room had a faint cig smell. the whole experience is not enjoyable. go for their more recent refurbish advantage room category. so much better. not sure the price difference but i paid close to sgd400 for the classic which i think is a total rip off from hotelclicks.
