Swiss-belresort review

Hi, hotel was okay. our air con started leaking onto the floor, i slipped over and called reception. maintence came and fixed it but got no apology or anything! you can hear people in the corridoors. loudest hotel i have ever stayed in. pool was lovely, however there are only a selected few comfy sun beds which go quick first thing. then you have to have a sunbed in the water which gets your towel soaked when sunbathing. breakfast was fine and i ate at the pool once too which was good and cheap. i'd recommend staying in seminyak rather than sanur, not much going on

Excellent hotel

I had a very enjoyable 12 night stay at the swiss belresort watu jimbar. the hotel was excellent in every respect. from friendly and helpful staff to the facilities. a magnificent swimming pool stretches the full length of the hotel. there was a jaccuzi on my balcony. good quality and very comfortable mattress. efficient air conditioning and plenty of hot water. good breakfast including crispy bacon and eggs cooked to order. wonderful. room attractively styled and furnished. location is great. only a few yards to the beach and surrounded by good quality restaurants and bars, some with live music. i was cheated by a money changer by £47. the duty manager got my money back. amazing service. everywhere was clean. i highly recommend this hotel.
