Good hotel very bat service from hotel click

What we didn't like is that we had a confirmation from hotel-click for the khao lak palm beach resort but the hotel had not reservation receipt form hotel-click. the hotel was fully booked and we needed to move to an other hotel. we didn't hear anything from hotel-click but the khao lak palm beach resort has solved it professionally for us. until now we didn't here anything from hotel-click. we will never book via hotel-click again.
