If you are expecting 5 star quality you will be disappointed. the rooms are small and if you book economy room you will be sent below into the dungeons. the air conditioning is controlled centrally and the rooms thus overheated - slept through in a warm room instead of a cool room. daily cleaning of the room much to be desired. dont bother to use the sauna - you need to book and then its 15 mins slot. the hamman is not free for the guests although they advertise as its there in the website. its a boutique hotel and should be advertised as such and not a 5 star hotel - then you will not have much expectations the only good thing is its centrally located walking distance of all historical sites and cheap. the breakfast is good and the reception staff including the concierge are very nice.
