Hotel was good but hotelsclick was misleading on the terms of the discount. i felt by your letter that the discount was for our whole trip's hotel stays in paris and germany. it was not and when i tried to change the discount to our paris hotel your staff said that was impossible. i have always had good experiences with your firm and this was not. very disappointing.
