This is a modern apartment style hotel situated right in the middle of the city and within a few minutes walk of new street station, with kitchenette, large armchair and very comfortable bed. i stayed on the 11th floor which was very quiet. spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, safe, double size shower, good wardrobe hanging space etc - it would be very easy to live here! staff very friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. the evening wine and nibbles were a great bonus after a long day and waiting for a colleague to arrive. this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in in the uk and more similar to apartment style rooms common in the usa. i have already recommended to friends and family.
