Smart hotel but room very cramped - not what you would expect from 5 star - have stayed in several in london and this the poorest. no bath just shower - again in 5 star would expect both. no tea /coffee-making facilities either just a lot of gimmicks they try to sell in room eg. baseball caps! breakfast very poor value.

This is our second stay here. our first stay was for our wedding anniversary two years ago. upon arrival, reception up-graded our room for free, to a larger room, with garden terrace. we also had a complimentary bottle of champers sent to our room. nice touch! unfortunately, this time it was my husband's 40th and despite mentioning this, we had to pay to upgrade to a larger room with garden terrace and had no free bottle of bubbly :-(
