Sehr gute lage u. verkehrsanbindung, unpraktisches bad, renovierungsbedürftig

Nur empfehlenswert, wenn man zeitbedingt auf die lage nahe kadewe und gedächtniskirche ,sowie verkehrsanbindung bus 100 und ubhf. wittenbergplatz angewiesen ist. ansonsten für die vor allem im bad beengten und unkomfortable verhältnisse insgesamt zu teuer.
