At first glance, this hotel was very corporate looking and not what we were used to. we have stayed at some amazing hotels after all eg soho house berlin, four seasons langkawi, the nam hai, hoian, to name a few. however, for a budget family holiday, this hotel turned out to be a very good stay. they have very helpful reception staff, especially romina; an excellent location walkable to all amenities; very tasty food and well priced restaurant for lunch and the price tag at the end of the stay was very reasonable indeed compared to the next price level up of hotel. some improvements they could make include adding a turning down service, some bonbons/fruit/newspapers/magazines for the rooms, and a refurbishment for front of house.
