the hotel rooms were too cold. heating came on too late in the evening. no heating in the morning. other guests complained too. (at least four whilst my partner was at the reception desk.) the location was good and the staff pleasant but not we don't understand why it was rated four star. it was too expensive for what it was. breakfast very average and twin beds too small, also a noisy fridge which woke philip up.
