Overnight stay

Having stayed here overnight on about 5 occasions recently for the first time i have some gripes. the room myself and partner were put in had twin beds - now i was unsure if this was policy if all their doubles were filled so i didnt question it but the beds were pushed together but drifted apart in the night and had single duvets on. this did not make for a great nights sleep combined with a woman on the floor above playing musc very loudly and singing along v badly till the early hours. i did email the hotel about the beds when i got home as i didn't want to question it at the time in case it was just policy but was told i should have mentioned it upon checking in which i did not feel was a satisfactory answer.

Overnight stay

Another overnight stay in what is starting to feel like 'my' hotel. as usual everything was exactly as i would like. lovely room - i am biased as this time there was even a purple chair and i am a sucker for purple. the rooms are all v similar but to my taste and not fussy. i should be more adventurous and try somewhere else but i don't want the intimacy of a b&b. this reception staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

Overnight stay

Once again room was great, bed was comfortable the only fault was the room was just too warm and i found it hard to sleep, service at reception was good - friendly, informative. this is a great place to stay and so easy to get to from the station.

One night stay

Stayed at shore view for 1 night during eastbourne beer festival weekend. the room rate was one of the best around and the welcome, the room and location were all really good. my only complaint was the noise at night i'm not sure if the walls and ceilings were just thin or whether it was a particularly rowdy clientel but there was alot of banging and crashing, the plumbing also woke us up at night not just normal water sounds but noise like the plumbing was going to collapse. having said that the breakfast was adequate and everything else satisfactory.

Onernight stay

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here on a saturday night and the 2nd time i was very pleased with the hotel. the reception staff are friendly, the rooms well equipped and exactly what i needed

One night

I only stayed for one night but the staff were friendly & the room much better than expected. the hotel feels friendly & the location is fantastic. can't wait to stay again.
