This hotel is super nice. room was in excellent condition. comfy bed, large tv, even had a view of the pool. would definitely stay here again.

Sheraton has a very high standard, great customer services, but the rooms in nashville needs remodeling, the bed was too small and can barely fit 2 people. no refrigerator or microwave. i love the sheraton in atlanta ga, they need to mimic same standard.

Arrived early & front desk staff, ali & daniel, were very friendly & helpful. let us use the pool, traveled with 2 kids, until room was ready. check out staff was extremely friendly. friendliness & helpfulness of staff made out stay very pleasant.

The hotel was nice..however disappointed in hotelsclick.com for indicating a quadruple bed. when i got there the reservation was for a king. the hotel advised me that there are no guarantee on the beds when booked by a 3rd party. the changed me to a double bed room. could not get another room hotel was fully booked. this hotel was nice, and staff was very helpful. i will be going back.
