The reception is available 24 hours a day to book shows, museum visits, transfers to the city's airports. Upon returning from a day of work or leisure a bar in the lobby welcomes requests for cockails during moments of relaxation. Not impressed
We were firstly given a room with a broken window. i had to insist on being moved the second room as a puddle of water behind the tiolet which got worse over the 5 days!!! the main light flickered and there was no hot water for 5 days!! apart from one evening. the receptionist did nothing and was rude. breakfast was the cheapest poorest i have ever had!! the location was great though and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. also no wifi this hotel did not meet the standards it claims it has.
