Not impressed

We were firstly given a room with a broken window. i had to insist on being moved the second room as a puddle of water behind the tiolet which got worse over the 5 days!!! the main light flickered and there was no hot water for 5 days!! apart from one evening. the receptionist did nothing and was rude. breakfast was the cheapest poorest i have ever had!! the location was great though and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. also no wifi this hotel did not meet the standards it claims it has.

San remo rome

Conveniently situated with attentive staff. very good breakfasts with ample choice.was not charged to use safeboxes even though there should have been a 3 euro charge and a 15 euro deposit for key. a little more tourist information in leaflet form would have been useful.

Dette's"50th"

Lovely break would go back again. my italian is non-existant and they spoke very good english. didn't drink in the hotel bar as they didn't have any wine! and the beer selection could have been better. the rooms were clean but i'm glad we took our own towels, as the hotel towels were very thin and didn't dry you properly. the beds were comfortable but i couldn't understand why a "double" was two singles pushed to-gether!
