We loved san juan water beach club! it's an old building so it does have some imperfections but they really try to give it a cool modern look. the location is perfect! it's overlooks a busy beach. i had a side room and was still able to see the water. also my room was right near the elevator but i did not hear any noise at all during my stay. the hotel is in walking distance to many restuarants and souvenir shops. i would deff recommend this place top those who could afford it. also, they don't tell you this, but they have valet parking that you must use. $16 a day.
