Hotel staff friendly and helpful. the pool was a huge bonus. we stopped here for one night en route to puglia from rome and it met expectations. the rooms were clean and a decent size. the inclusive continential breakfast was adequate. only downside was having to pay extra for parking, but having said that it did not mar the experience.
