The fully air conditioned restaurant, Bar and Lounge on the 15th floor offer modern European Cuisine, excellent service and again superb panoramic views of the London skyline. Please note: the hotel’s bedroom floors start on the 9th floor necessitating the use of lifts (elevators). 24/10/2018 -... Great location, shame about the rest.
Really disappointing. there was no hot water - if i wanted a cold bath i would have stayed at home and saved a fortune. the bathroom looked really outdated. the plugs in both the bath and sink didn't work. the toilet was faulty. the lift took an age to arrive and when it did, invariably it went to the wrong floor. i'd have preferred to walk but you can't even do that because an out of bounds office lies below. i'd hoped to be able to use the internet but the keyboard in the room was broken. breakfast is adequate but no more. great location and views but for the price, it's absolutely shocking value. four star, not likely!
