We choose this hotel for its location - close to via liberta to venice. getting from hotel to bus stop is a complete disaster - you have walk on street shoulder and cross high-way! hotel is an old built (1980s) and need some reconstruction. rooms have old furniture, most of the rooms are smoking - smell was horrible (we asked for another non-smoking room at the reception but were refused). bathroom equipment is from 1980s era - shower almost did not work. hotel charge for internet connection (not available at room). poor breakfast buffet. not a 4*, i would say a low class 3* or even less. we would not use this hotel ever again!
