This hotel was built in 1950 and includes 6 floors and a total of 34 rooms, of which 1 is single and 26 are doubles. Guests are offered a reception that is open around the clock, safes, a lift, a TV room, Internet access, a hairdresser and an attractive breakfast room. There is also a car park... Promises a lot and delivers nothing!
They advertise wifi but it hasnt worked for months.they advertise parking but its a public car park next door at eur26 a day !they even advertise gym/swimming pool/ sauna and thats down the road.the room was tiny and stank of cigarettes.2 of the 3 lights did not work ( including the main light ) and we reported it twice but it didnt get repaired.the pillows were as thin as a wafer and when we asked for extra pillows on the 1st night we were told to ask again at 10 pm or after so that they could take pillows from an unoccupied room but when we asked the night receptionist said he couldnt help. the tv was high up on the wall with poor reception and no remote control.when we checked out they asked if we had left the remote control in the room and not packed it !! the guy on reception was friendly and spoke good english and that was the only positive i can think of .
