I had read many bad reviews on various sites about this hotel after i had booked and was a bit apprehensive as i had also booked it for three friends. i was very pleased with the hotel, location and rooms. the staff were very pleasant aand helpful and spoke good english. the rooms were well heated, water hot, plenty of towels and toiletries. there were tea and coffee making facilities. the breakfast was plentiful. i would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to paris abd would stay there again if i ever visit paris, especially if i was able to book it at the same price and i obtained from hotel click.
