The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. the location is great just a few minutes walk to the tube and buses. good restaurants in the local area aswell. the breakfast was very nice for a continental breakfast, a good choice of food and drinks. i booked the hotel at a discounted rate on trivago and i would definetly stay here again for the price i paid.

The hotel was very clean etc unfortunately on one occasion we had a problem with a lift and being on the 5th floor a slight inconvenience.

Hotel looks great, but... the bar is closed, reception staff seem unclear about the hotel check-in procedure. the fire safety rating, is at best questionable, due to the cramming of extra rooms into the hotel, which aswell as creating very narrow corridors, results in irregular sized rooms. we stayed with two other couples and although we were all charged the same price for our rooms, they varied quite considerably in size and specification. electric safety standard of switches, wiring and lighting fittings in our room, would not be accepted in a buisness enviroment. rooms are very noisey, windows do little to insulate external road noise. finally... the dining area was poorly ventilated and has insufficiant seating for the number of guests, during breakfast serving.
