Not worth the money! just for sleeping

Loud air conditioner console, small room, tiny bathroom, bad smell in elevator. good bed and hot water, nothing else.

Disappointing stay

The standard and location of the room. we felt it was not very clean and fresh. it was close to the elevators, and even with earplugs we did not have a good nights sleep. we paid extra for the breakfast, which was ridiculous! you got one bottle of juice, an apple or a banana and a pastry. and the day we were leaving, we got a bill slipped under our door with a service fee+tax for almost 44 dollars, because of services like gym, wi-fi etc. we asked about this, and every room was charged this service fee. it should have been included in the room price. except from the location, we did not enjoy this hotel experience.

The location of the hotel was so convenient. compared to other hotels the price was not out of sight. the agent who registered us was very distant and uncooperative. when the bellhop intervened for my eighty year old handicapped husband, she was still unmoved and sent us to a room that was worse than the one before. the bellhop then referred us to another agent, who was more hospitable.

Nice hotel, small clean rooms, central location, expensive and breakfast excluded. some reception staff unhelpful and rude. must pay to get hotel to hold bags on day of departure.

Good location

The hotel is good located and relatively cheap. rooms are simple but ok, room heating did not work at the beginning but after complains it was ok. room service ok. the personal check at the entrance to the elavator is general ok but sometimes very unfriendly. for luggage storage after checking you have to pay $ 3.- per peace.
