We enjoyed our stay at hotel roma very much. the room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. there was a small problem with the safe and a light in the room but someone came within minutes and repaired the situation, that had only been caused by previous occupants. it was not a problem at all, but the service was great. there was some street noise at night as our room was at the front of the hotel, so passing cars and motorcycles could keep us awake a little. earplugs recommended! the location is superb on piazza santa maria novella, just minutes from the duomo and other main sites. breakfast was extensive and lovely. great stay and a great holiday.
