The location of the hotel is good for getting to and from manhattan as well as the airport. the hotel runs a regular shuttle service to the local station, airport and shopping outlet. overall the hotel was good, however the rooms could do with updating; the heating system was not easy to regulate, hence the room was either too hot or too cold. the hotel didn't offer free internet connection in thier bussiness suite like other hotels i have stayed in, althought you could get free wifi in your room. the hotel is not convenient for locals shops and places to eat if you are not driving, although the hotel does have a restaurant, the area in general seems safe.
