Vergogna

Ho prenotato l'albergo il 24 marzo 2014 e il giorno 2 maggio 2014 solo al mio arrivo, sono stato informato di essere stato dirottato in un altro albergo per overbooking - vergogna - per il trattamento riservato ad un cliente e per la poca correttezza e professionalità dimostrata ripeto - vergognatevi ps per educazione non allego le foto dell'albergo dove sono stato dirottato
