While we were hoping for a few days of quiet, we were shocked with the busy, wedding plagued ritz property. the location is stunning and the property first class, but very, very busy. this ritz carlton private property is "open to the public", with even a public "fire pit" in the court yard. as a hotel guest, it was difficult even finding seating at the outdoor bar and restaurant. when paying the ritz incrdeiably high room rate, one expects much more for your money. suggestion....either make this property private or tell your guests, upon booking, that the property welcomes any and all to share in the property you are paying for.
