This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel, and it did not impress me as much as the first time. my room was smaller; when i dropped something on the floor and had to search for it, i found that the floor was a lot dirtier than i had expected; and the pillows, which looked so luxurious, turned out to be rubbery and a bit uncomfortable. the price didn't seem as good as before. that said, there were many positive things about the room, and the hotel – the staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel was quiet, parking was free and the kitchen in each room is a really good feature. my wife, who had not stayed at this hotel before, was very pleased with the room, as were our cousins with theirs.
