The hotel was clean and the room quiet and adequate. the reception area was busy with noise of refurb, and a long queue to check in that most people were muttering about. there is a check in app that i would enquire about the staff were very helpful. generally good and certainly value for money if you want to sleep near the airport

Nice enough hotel,going through front entrance renovation,no biggy. convenient for airport,looked like a busy bar area too. if anything to moan about would be how narrow room doors are,pain with big suitcases.

Got hotel online for a very good price, for this type of hotel. stay regularly round the airport for business. found this hotel very clean and comfortable, very comfortable bed with clean bathroom. also, location is excellent for airport. the room had lots of extras: iron, coffee etc. only drawback, fixtures,fittings and tv need updating. on the whole an excellent stay.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were polite all the times they couldn't do enough for you the food was fantastic. i would recommend this hotel to any one wanting to stay near london and if you like planes you couldn't stay any were better with rooms over looking heathrow airport runway.
