The location of this hotel - close both to the vatican and to piazza del polpolo, and just a few metres from the metro - was excellent. the price was very reasonable, especially as it included a breakfast buffet (but beware of the greasy bacon and undercooked frankfurters). access to internet is possible, though often we had to wait in line for the one machine. the reception was pleasant but the individuals manning it rarely had answers to our questions. the booking people for the relais group were helpful in arranging a car to pick us up at the airport. the breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful but only speak italian. overall, a good experience that we would repeat given the opportunity.
