It's a 15 minutes walk from the train station but easy to find. excellent friendly service, managed to check in at 11am and got into our room before noon. great location just around the corner from the tower etc. clean, well presented rooms. lovely breakfast, free wifi, air con etc. would stay again.

Central location for histroic sites aswell as shops. very well appointed, modern, clean rooms. staff were very obliging and the breakfast was great.

Smaller than expected,if you are on the large size you will not like the tiny showers, but the towell rail,soap dishes in showers, and dressing gown hooks are for giants,impossible to reach. on our last night we stayed out after 11pm, then found that our key in room 120 and room 220 dont work the outside door, so locked out with other couple, until staff from sister hotel came to open,(approx 1 hour)informed it had happened before!!! no compensation, bad customer service. cleanliness immaculate
