This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the middle of everything, great for sightseeing and shopping. rooms are modern, clean, with towels changed every day. we requested a quiet room which we got - these overlook the courtyard, hence they are quite dark inside. breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Good location and everything well organised. single bedrooms a little on the small side but adequate for our needs. staff were always friendly and helpful even though their english was limited. breakfast room was too small at times which mean at busy periods clients had to queue for breakfast.

I was overall very impressed with the hotel regente. it was a very clean respectable hotel offering all facilities listed on their website. to that i would add the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay in madrid very pleasurable. the hotels location is also fantastic for all the sights, restaurants and bars.
