Not recommended. me and my wife booking for 13 nights but we stay only one night. the hotel is very old, the rooms are bad and my wife is pregnant and we use stairs to acess the room. the smelt in the room is bad too. so in next morning we check out and we booking another hotel. the localization is nice and near the disney parks. its only the good news.

Toilet paper holder broken off wall first day. when we called, were asked if we wanted it fixed now or when we checkout 5 days later! chewed taffy left on night table from previous guest! no fresh coffee or cups left daily! if we wanted some, we would have to go to desk for it!!!!!

It is not 5 star but it is the best so far with budget hotels i have been to. my 7 y.o. said, "i love it daddy!" but truly, it is great if u are on a budget.

It was our second time staying at the maingate resort and spa and we plan on making it our disney home away from home every time we visit! the staff is always friendly to us. the rooms are all renovated and clean. and the location is fabulous with disney world minutes away and many choices around for food, gas and gifts.

My family and i stayed here for 2 nights, we loved it, it was clean, quite and affordable compared to other hotels in the parks area. service and front desk attention was perfect as well.
