The amenities were great! the pool, arcade, etc. were all a lot of fun. the room itself could use some work. great location to 'downtown' and sightseeing! complimentary parking is always a plus coming from boston! we got a room with double-beds, and didn't care even after requesting a king. but then when we had a terrible view, bit of a sagging ceiling, dripping a/c from the room above, and could hear every footstep above us, we decided to ask to switch rooms. it seemed to be a big deal to the front desk to do this, so we just said forget it, we won't be in the room much anyway. i'm in the hotel industry as well, and it could have been handled a little better. i understand how booking through a third party works and you need to stay in the same room type, but i'm sure there were other rooms available without the same issues. overall, good stay, would come back with kids! (on a top floor)
