A lovely hotel from the pictures provided on the website,the room was lovely but when you entered the en suite it was poorly maintained as the mirror was cracked and the wood around fixtures was coming away and it didn't live up to the standard of 4* hotel.the lack of sleep was the worst by far as we were woke from 5/6 am to a coach starting up then the bin trucks and the a delivery and to top it off from 7 am was people in and out of the lift shouting,the lift which was right beside our door.they should not have a room beside a lift as it was very unfair to expect people to have to put up with this.this was a birthday present to my boyfriend but i felt like it had been a nightmare to be honest.i did say it at reception when we checked out but not much was said to us other than a "sorry".
