The price tag is excellent, consider that you are 1 mile away from the capitol building, and the overall stay is also good. the strangest part is the neighbourhood (read about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/colfax_avenue). it depends on you. it can be interesting or scary ;) if you are more scared/uninterested, you can also avoid it by going north/south from ramada instead of east/ovest and you will instantly get into more residential/normal areas. by the way i never really felt unsafe, and the place is decent for the price ;)
