When we arrived the hotel on monday afternoon we was informed by radisson blu park hotel that our booking was cancelled on may 16th by miki travel. we had not registerded the cancellation as the e-mail had come as spam. this made much trouble for us as we had to find a new hotel. the rolling stones had concert in oslo this evening, and we were also attending that concert. all the hotels in oslo centrum was fullbooked, and we got a room at a hotel outside the centrum of oslo. my bank account were charged for the amount of nok 1.103,50 on 1st april. we will not recommend booking via hotelsclick.com. we hope hotelsclick.com will refund the amount !
