Really helpful customer service and a beautiful hotel. arrived and no reservation found but i had proof of booking and payment so absolutely no problem. staf dealt with this very quickly and did not doubt me for a moment .

This was our second stay at the radisson blu. we booked through hotels click and it was very good value. the hotel is very modern and clean, with a great bar. we will certainly stay here again if flying from stansted.

We had an early flight, and as i had enjoyed a stay here in the past, we decided to once again stay here. the receptionist was very helpful and handed over our card key. the was a long walk from reception over 100 yards. the was clean and tidy, and had all the normal qualities and requirements .

My flight from sweden was delayed, which meant i would miss the last train to my final destination. i booked the hotel in my tablet whilst waiting for my luggage to arrive on the carousel. full marks to stansted airport for free wifi. 10 mins later i arrived at the hotel. check in was easy, and the rest of my short stay was hassle free. fab breakfast too! i have stayed at this hotel many times, always excellent and the rooms are so quiet.
