When you are looking for moments of relaxation the hotel's library that is situated in the hall is the ideal place while you read a book and enjoying your favourite drink.There is also an internet connection(Wi-Fi or internet point) that will be available for all guests. PETS NOT ALLOWED. Mediocre hotel with uncooperative staff
We were staying at the hotel for 5 nights with my spouse, we checked in at night and were set at a very small room (402) where there's no room between the bed and door. we've asked to change room and the guy at the reception told us that only in the next morning a group of people is leaving and there will be available rooms for change. we tried again the next day but the staff was uncooperative to help and change the room despite the comperatively long stay. being consistent with the request to change, we eventually been moved after two nights to another room at the first floor (105) which was even worse being located just above the entrance of the hotel and on the noisy street rue des ecoles. on top the bedding were not replaced for two days but only been arranged the staff and mid manager were unpleasent and inflexible and overall the experience was disappointing despite good location
