Location lovely. service excellent in restaurant we stayed xmas eve and had hoped we would watch tv together xmas carols. tv tech came to room twice but could not fix tv. extremely disappointed. no one followed up or offered an alternative. on the whole the staff we professional and helpful. food was very good. we were advised prior to our booking that the hotel was not offering xmas lunch so we planned breakfast instead. upon arrival we were advised that xmas lunch was offered. staff seemed ill advised. we were unable to change our plans. furniture in room had not been dusted based on the lack of direction from management i would not recommend or rush back.
