Purtroppo devo dire che mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio da un 4 stelle...abbiamo avuto difficoltà con i badges ad entrare in camera e il buffet di colazione non era molto ricco. inoltre l'accoglienza della reception non è stata certo calorosa, però quello va a fortuna. nell'insieme mi sento di dare comunque un voto positivo, direi un 8/10 anche se con un po' di dubbi.

My daughter and i spent a wonderful week touring italy. we made all travel arrangements without a travel agent. hotelsclick was outstanding in everyway. the grand majestic was everything we expected. i was a little concerned with it's location so close to the train station. it worked out great since we were traveling by train. we felt the location and surronding area to be very safe. we were met with a very cordial receiption by the staff. our room was amazing and very spacious. we felt like were were royalty in a palace. we were traveling and making plans day by day and found the internet in the lobby to be very convenient. the bathroom(s) (yes plural as there were two) were vey clean and spacious. if you are looking for great value with upper class accomodations this it the place. the only complaint i can make is that the elevators are typical with others we experienced and are small, but not a problem. note: our ages don't exactly fit in one category, i'm 52 and my daughter is 20. we both loved it here.
